2. Eligibility & User Responsibility

• You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• Information provided must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

3. Electronic Communications

When you use the site or communicate with us by email/WhatsApp/SMS, you consent to receive communications electronically and agree that such communications satisfy legal requirements for written communication.

4. Legal Usage & Compliance

• Use the website only for lawful purposes; do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or bypass security.
• Content may not be copied, scraped, or used for competitive data mining.
• We may restrict or suspend access for policy or legal violations.

4A. Uniforms & Responsible Use

• ArmyNavyAir supplies both official uniforms (for authorised and verified personnel) and themed apparel & accessories for collectors and civilians.
• All uniforms, badges, and insignia must be used responsibly and only for lawful, respectful purposes such as official duty, training, collection, or display.
• Civilians and enthusiasts may purchase non-restricted items, provided they do not misuse them to impersonate service personnel or violate Section 140 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
• Responsibility for lawful use rests solely with the buyer/user. ArmyNavyAir is not liable for any misuse or impersonation.

5. Orders & Cancellations

• Orders are offers to purchase and subject to acceptance and availability.
• We may cancel or limit quantities for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or regulatory reasons. You will be notified and refunded where applicable.
• Custom or made-to-order items may be non-cancelable/non-returnable unless defective under applicable law.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Eligible returns/exchanges are accepted within the window stated on product/checkout pages.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags/packaging intact. Hygiene/clearance/customized items are excluded.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method after quality checks; shipping/handling may be non-refundable.

7. Payment Methods & GST

• We accept secure online payments via Razorpay and PayPal. Card data is processed by gateways; we do not store full card details.
• Prices are in INR unless stated. Applicable taxes (including GST) are shown at checkout and on tax invoices.
• For B2B/GST invoice requests, provide valid GSTIN and billing details at checkout.

8. Data Security & Privacy

We use SSL/TLS encryption, firewalls, and access controls. Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains data collection, use, cookies, retention, and grievance redressal.

9. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping options, charges, and estimated timelines are shown at checkout and in your order email.
• Delays due to courier/force majeure are outside our control, but we will assist with tracking and resolution.
• Risk of loss passes upon delivery to your address or designated pickup.

10. International & Customs

• International buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import regulations in the destination country.
• We may decline export if products are restricted by law.

11. Affiliate Program

Affiliates must comply with program rules, disclosure requirements, brand guidelines, and applicable advertising laws. Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation will lead to termination and non-payment.

12. Intellectual Property

• All content (text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, product data) is owned by or licensed to ArmyNavyAir.
• No reproduction, distribution, or derivative works without written permission.
• Trademarks and trade dress may not be used without consent.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Courts/tribunals in India shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law applies.

14. Updates to Agreement

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates are effective upon posting on this page. Continued use implies acceptance.
