1. Can civilians buy from your store?
Absolutely! Our products are open for purchase to everyone, not just defense personnel. We only restrict items that are classified or regulated.
2. Are all items available for immediate shipping?
Most items are ready-to-ship. However, a few custom or made-to-order products may take longer to process.
3. Can I request a product not listed on the website?
Yes. Reach out via WhatsApp or our contact form — we’ll do our best to procure it for you.
EXCHANGE & RETURN
1. What is your exchange policy?
Exchange is available within 7 days of delivery for unused items. Customers must bear return shipping.
2. Can I cancel my order?
Orders once processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled. Kindly confirm before placing orders.
3. Do you provide refunds?
Refunds are processed in 30 days to the original payment mode (Card/Net Banking) if eligible.
