At ArmyNavyAir.com (operated by All India Military Stores), we aim to fulfill every order with precision and care. However, certain situations may require order cancellation either by us or by the customer.

Cancellation by ArmyNavyAir.com

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

• Limited stock availability
• Pricing or listing errors
• Inaccurate stock or product details
• Concerns flagged by credit/fraud checks

Our Customer Care team will notify you if your order (in full or in part) is cancelled.
If payment has been made, the full amount will be refunded to the same payment method.

Cancellation by Customer
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders if:

Items have been sent for manufacturing or customization
Products are already processed or shipped

All confirmed orders are final and cancellation requests will not be accepted once the order is in processing.

Refunds

If your order is cancelled (by us or in rare agreed cases):

• Refund will be processed within 30 business days
• Refund will be made to the original mode of payment

• Credit Card → Card Refund
• Net Banking → Same bank account
