Refunds / Replacements are Accepted Only If:

  • You received a Damaged Product
  • You received a Defective Product
  • You received a Wrong Product

1) Damaged Product

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share photos & a detailed explanation of the damage
  • Once verified, a free replacement will be arranged

2) Defective Product

  • Report within 7 days of receiving the item
  • Share product details and evidence of defect
  • If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund

3) Wrong Product Received

  • Inform us within 7 days of delivery
  • We’ll arrange pickup and send the correct item, or offer a refund if unavailable

Note: Contacting us within the specified timeframes is mandatory. Returns beyond these windows will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

Products must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, unused
  • Returned with original tags & packaging intact
  • In the same condition as received

Do not ship returns without our confirmation. Unauthorized parcels will be refused.

Return Shipping Charges

  • Customer bears return shipping costs unless it’s our error (wrong/defective item)
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Post-Return Process

  • We inspect the returned item
  • If eligible, we will:
    • Issue a refund, or
    • Ship a replacement, or
    • Offer another agreed-upon resolution

No Returns or Cancellations on Custom Products

  • Made-to-order/custom items (size, color, text, etc.) cannot be cancelled or returned
  • Return accepted only if defective or wrongly customized by us

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene & safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Undergarments
  • Swimwear
