• Follow all applicable Indian & International laws

Prohibited Content Includes:

• Copyright/trademark infringement
• Obscene, defamatory, or offensive material
• Viruses or malicious code
• Threats to public order or national security
• Counterfeit or stolen goods
• False or misleading listings
• Products banned under Drugs & Cosmetics Act, IT Act, etc.

Compliance

Users must comply with:

• Indian IT Act, 2000 & intermediary guidelines
• All trade, customs, tax, and sales laws
• Antiquity and Art laws (must mark non-exportable artworks)
• Accurate representation of listed items

License Grant
By using the site, you give All India Military Stores:

• Royalty-free, worldwide license to display and use your submitted information/content
• Rights to use your product details and media in accordance with our privacy policy

 

Your Responsibility

• Submit truthful and complete information
• Keep your account secure
• Provide accurate details for all listed items
• Avoid misleading or exaggerated claims

Final Note
Violations of this Agreement may result in:

• Suspension or permanent ban of your account
