- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay and PayPal.
- We do not store full card details on our servers.
Tip: If a method isn’t shown at checkout, it may be temporarily unavailable or not eligible for that order value/cart mix.
2. Security & Compliance
- End-to-end HTTPS/SSL encryption on checkout & payment pages.
- Gateways are PCI-DSS compliant with OTP/3-D Secure for eligible cards.
- Advanced anti-fraud screening & transaction monitoring.
3. GST & Tax Invoices (India)
- B2C: GST-compliant invoice issued to the billing name & address entered at checkout.
- B2B with GSTIN: Enter a valid GSTIN plus legal entity name & billing address at checkout to receive a tax invoice.
- Taxes (including GST) are displayed at checkout and on the invoice.
- For changes after payment, contact Support promptly; post-issuance edits may be restricted by compliance rules.
4. Currency, International Cards & EMI/BNPL
- INR default: Prices are shown/charged in INR unless otherwise stated.
- International: Razorpay/PayPal support major currencies (e.g., USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, AED, JPY). FX conversion & bank fees may apply.
- EMI/BNPL: Appears only where eligible (bank, card scheme, amount, and gateway availability).
5. Refund Timelines
- UPI/Wallets: typically 2–4 working days after initiation.
- Cards/Net Banking: typically 3–7 working days (bank dependent).
- PayPal: as per PayPal rules (often immediate to PayPal balance or statement in a few days).
Refunds are issued as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
6. Common Payment Issues
- Amount debited but no order? Most cases auto-reverse within 3–7 business days. If not, share the reference ID with Support & your bank.
- Failed/declined: Try a different method, enable online/intl usage, or retry on another device/network.
- EMI not visible: It appears only above gateway/bank thresholds and with eligible cards.
