Refunds / Replacements are Accepted Only If:

You received a Damaged Product
You received a Defective Product
You received a Wrong Product

1) Damaged Product

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share photos and detailed explanation of the damage
  • Once verified, a free replacement will be arranged

2) Defective Product

  • Report within 7 days of receiving the item
  • Share product details and evidence of manufacturing defect
  • If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund

3) Wrong Product Received

  • Inform us within 7 days of delivery
  • We’ll arrange pickup and send the correct item, or offer a refund if unavailable

Contacting us within the specified timeframes is mandatory.
Returns beyond these windows will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

Products must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, unused
  • Returned with original tags and packaging intact
  • In the same condition as received

Do not ship returns without our confirmation. Unauthorised parcels will be refused.

Return Shipping Charges

  • Customer bears return shipping costs unless it’s:
  •   Our error (wrong or defective item)
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Post-Return Process

  • We inspect the returned item

If eligible, we will:

  • Issue a refund, or
  • Ship a replacement, or
  • Offer another agreed-upon resolution

4) No Returns or Cancellations on Customizable Products

  • Items made to order (custom size, color, text, etc.) cannot be cancelled or returned
  • Return is accepted only if defective or wrongly customized by us

Tip: Double-check all custom inputs before placing your order!

5) Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene & safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Undergarments
  • Swimwear
  • Items marked “Final Sale” Unless found defective or sent in error.
