What are the delivery timelines?

- Metro India: 24–48 hrs after dispatch
- Other India: 2–10 days
- International: 7–15 business days

Who pays customs duties/taxes?

What is your return & exchange policy?
Exchanges within 7 days for unused items in original condition. Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective/incorrect.
My item arrived damaged/incorrect—what should I do?
