Processing Times

• Ready-to-Ship products: dispatch in 3–4 business days.
• Custom / Made-to-Order products: timeline depends on complexity. We share an estimated dispatch window after order confirmation.

Note: Orders are verified for payment and security before dispatch. Processing excludes weekends and public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (India)

• Standard (Free): India Post. Typical delivery: 5–15 business days by location.
• Express: Available to eligible pincodes via partner couriers. Charges shown at checkout (or confirm with Support).
• Delivery window: Estimates are indicative; unforeseen events (weather, strikes, congestion, calamities, force majeure) may cause delays.

International Shipping

• Carriers: EMS India Post, FedEx, UPS, Blue Dart and partners.
• Delivery: Typically 15–90 business days depending on country, customs and local postal handling.
• Duties & taxes: Any import duties, VAT/GST or clearance fees are payable by the recipient as per destination rules.

Shipping Charges

• India: Standard shipping is free. Express charges (if chosen) are calculated at checkout.
• International: Rates are based on weight/volumetric weight & destination and shown at checkout before payment.

Urgent & Special Arrangements

For urgent local deliveries in Bengaluru, customers may book third-party services (e.g., Porter/Rapido/Swiggy/Zomato) at their own risk & cost. We will hand over the parcel to your booked agent.

Order Cut-offs & Working Days

Orders placed after 12:00 IST, on late Friday, Saturday or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
