Returns & Refund Policy

We offer refunds / replacements only in following cases:

 

  1. You received a Damaged Product
  2. You received a Defective Product
  3. You received a Wrong Product
     

1) Damaged Product:

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will require detailed information and photographic evidence of the damage. After verifying the damage, we will arrange for a replacement.


2) Defective Product:

In the event that you receive a product with a defect or manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We may request additional information or evidence of the defect. Once the defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or provide a refund.


3) Wrong Product:

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will investigate the issue and arrange for the correct product to be sent to you. In case the correct product is unavailable, we will offer a refund or provide you with alternative options.


Please note that for all the above scenarios (1, 2, and 3), it is essential to contact us within the Specified timeframe of receiving the product. After this period, no returns, refunds, or replacements will be entertained. 

We will accept your return if it's of unworn,unwashed or defective merchandise with intact vendor packaging & tags in the same condition as when it was received.

We shall not be responsible for any product-items sent to us for return / replacement without our confirmation. 

In the event of a return, please note that the return courier charges will be borne by the customer, unless it is determined to be a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong product shipped, defective item). We will provide further instructions on how to proceed with the return, including the preferred shipping carrier and any necessary documentation.

We recommend that you choose a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe and timely return of the product. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the condition and reason for the return. If the return is deemed eligible, we will proceed with the appropriate action, such as issuing a refund, providing a replacement, or taking any other agreed-upon resolution.

4) No Returns or Order Cancellations on Customizable Products:

Please be aware that custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or error on our part. It is your responsibility to ensure that all customizations, such as size, color, text, or design, are accurate before placing your order.


Once an order for customizable products has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. This policy ensures that your custom-made items are processed efficiently and delivered to you in a timely manner.

5) Non-Returnable products-Items:

Certain products- items, such as undergarments, swimwear, and other Products-items etc marked as final sale, are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons unless they have a manufacturing defect or error.
