Warranty Coverage

  • Manufacturing defects: coverage for defects in material or workmanship.
  • Coverage period: 30 days from delivery.
  • Eligible products: Items purchased directly from ArmyNavyAir.com or authorised channels.
  • Exclusions: misuse, alterations, accidents, natural wear & tear, or not following care instructions.

How to Claim Warranty

  1. Email [email protected] or WhatsApp +91 74113 32284 within the warranty period.
  2. Provide your Order ID, proof of purchase (invoice), and photos/videos showing the defect.
  3. Our support team will verify eligibility and share next steps for replacement or return/inspection.

Resolution

  • Free replacement for eligible defects.
  • Refund to original payment method if replacement is not feasible.

Additional Notes

  • Return shipping for inspection is borne by the customer unless waived by ArmyNavyAir.
  • Warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
