Warranty Coverage
- Manufacturing defects: coverage for defects in material or workmanship.
- Coverage period: 30 days from delivery.
- Eligible products: Items purchased directly from ArmyNavyAir.com or authorised channels.
- Exclusions: misuse, alterations, accidents, natural wear & tear, or not following care instructions.
How to Claim Warranty

- Provide your Order ID, proof of purchase (invoice), and photos/videos showing the defect.
- Our support team will verify eligibility and share next steps for replacement or return/inspection.
Resolution
- Free replacement for eligible defects.
- Refund to original payment method if replacement is not feasible.
Additional Notes
- Return shipping for inspection is borne by the customer unless waived by ArmyNavyAir.
- Warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
